We aim to display all product descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations in color, design, or size may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

  • We offer secure payment options via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD orders, a ₹100 advance is required to confirm your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • Delivery time is typically 4–7 business days across India.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders, nationwide.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After processing, cancellations are not possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Returns are accepted only for damaged or missing items and require an unboxing video as proof.

7. Intellectual Property
