Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

For Prepaid Orders:

  • If your return is approved due to a valid issue (e.g., damaged or defective product with proof), the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

For Cash on Delivery Orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Customers must share their bank/UPI details during the return request.

Shipping Charges:

  • Any shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incomplete.
  • An unboxing video (clearly showing the package being opened from start to finish) is provided as proof.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Used or worn jewellery items.
  • Returns without proper unboxing video evidence.
  • Products returned beyond 48 hours of delivery.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return an eligible item (as per return policy) and place a new order separately.

To initiate a return or refund request:

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and the unboxing video.
  3. If approved, we will share return instructions or arrange for pickup/courier.
  4. Refund will be processed after quality check of the returned item.

Note

  • Lady Ornate reserves the right to reject return/refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
  • All returns must be securely packaged in the original condition to avoid transit damage.
